Dear Quashnet School Community,
Congratulations to the K. C. Coombs PTO team on their victory Friday evening in the annual KCC vs QS PTO Kickball game. It was a great evening of fun. Well done team Quashnet - maybe next year the trophy will be back!
Mr. Switzer was a great sport Friday night playing third base in the kickball game. As of July 1, he will be the new principal of Quashnet School. He also visited classrooms, went to recess, was in the lunchroom, and all around school last Wednesday. It is great to know that our kids and staff will be so well supported next year by Principal Switzer and Assistant Principal Kehrl.

The last day to check out library books is May 26th. All books need to be returned by June 2 so that student accounts are placed in good standing before the end of the school year. Notices will be sent after that date. Questions can be sent to Mrs. Pons through email at kpons@mpspk12.org.
is THIS Friday, May 26! Thank you, parents, community members, and friends who have volunteered to share their careers and hobbies with students at Quashnet School. It is sure to be a fun day for all as students learn about so many future options they have to explore. We invite students to dress in the role of a future career. Thank you to Mrs. Milde and Mrs. MacIntire for all their organization and outreach to make this a great day for our kids!
This coming Wednesday, May 24 at 5:30 PM it is Grade 3 Step-Up Night. All KCC second graders and their families are invited to come and learn about Quashnet School. They will meet the teachers, tour the building, meet the PTO, and hear about all the fun that is soon to come.
